For our Client who is developing his Customer Service department we are looking for Customer Service Advisor.
Your responsibilities:
- You will love to talk to new people, and your friends would say you are the type of person that can explain something to anyone.
- You pick up information quickly. Our processes are updated regularly. You will learn new information daily, and apply it quickly to your conversations with customers.
- You will love pushing yourself to hit targets. You will be targeted on keeping within average call times as well as being measured on the quality of your call.
- You will love working with other people to solve problems. You will work with teams around the business, to solve customer queries.
- You are the kind of person who never gives up. You will be motivated to see it through, no matter how complex the query is.
- You will be comfortable following rules and clear guidelines. We work in a regulated industry, so you will need to follow established processes.
- You will be using a computer daily, so need to be PC-literate and able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, along with comfort with numerical calculations (required for manual bill calculations) such as basic addition, subtraction and functional maths skills.
Requirements:
- Very good communication skills and ability to work in the team
- Very good verbal/ written English (C1 min.)
- 2 years of experience in Customer Service or willingness to grow in this area
