We are looking for a person to hold the position Customer Service Advisor with Dutchto one of the biggest Shared Service Centre in Cracow.

New role
As a Customer Service Advisor with Dutchyou will be responsible for providing high quality telephone and email support that meets the customers’ expectations, cooperating with other departments to resolve stronger cases, solving customers’ problems and cooperating with the rest of the team.

Our requirements
To be the best Candidate for this role you need to speak English and Dutch fluently (min. C1 level), have excellent written and verbal communication skills and enthusiastic approach to team work and ability to cooperate efficiently as part of our multi-lingual Contact Centre.
