We are looking for a person with fluent English and one of the European Languages Knowledge - Hungarian or Bulgarian.
An experience in the field of customer service will be an asset but is not required, responsibilities are related to the daily support of the customers and keeping positive relations with them.
Customer support is mainly based on telephone and e-mail contact.
This job does not contain proposing sales offers to the clients!
The office is placed in the heart of Kraków, but there is a possibility of remote job.
The candidate should have an EU citizenship or access to the Polish labour market in Poland if no EU citizen.
