For our Client, one of the leading international company in the oil&gas industry (our Client distributes gas in cylinders to individual and industrial customers), we are looking for Customer Expirience Director for East Europe
Main responsibilities
- Set the strategic commercial direction for the business and work with the other functions (Operations, Logistics, Technical and Sales) to deliver
- Delivery of the marketing plan, ensuring suitable customer awareness to underpin retention via loyalty and support accelerated growth
- Define and deliver effective customer relationship management to ensure a high degree of customer engagement and advocacy
- Ensure an optimized back office operation for the effective delivery of taking on new supplies, accurate invoices and contract administration
- Ensure effective credit management processes are in place to minimize exposure of the business to bad debt, working with Finance to agree the successful implementation of credit management policy
- Support effective planning and scheduling activities by Logistics to minimize customer run-outs
- Strong leadership, management, coaching and development of the East Region Call Centers and Customer Service teams
- As a member of the East Region senior management team, contribute actively to the success of the business
