You don’t need to have experience – we will teach you everything during the first days of your work.

Your responsibilities:

• Answering customer requests or inquiries in English
• Providing customers via phone or chat with innovative solutions to meet their needs
• Delivering first-class customer experience
• Creating a positive impression of the support team

Our requirements

• Excellent English written and spoken language skills are a must
• Elementary knowledge of Computing devices
• Communicativeness and openness to new challenges
• Good time management skills
