- contact with customers – both of e-mail and phone call;
- providing clear explanations and solutions for customers;
- building and maintaining good relationship with customers;
- supporting customers during the whole process.
Our requirements:
- excellent French and English skills (B2/C1 level);
- highly interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills;
- ability to work under pressure;
- previous experience in customer service will be an asset.
