Customer Care Specialist with French Kraków NR REF.: 1174178
For our client, one of the most fast-developing company from tourism industry, we are currently looking for ambitious and communicative person on Customer Service position with excellent French skills.
You will be responsible for:
contact with customers – both of e-mail and phone call;
providing clear explanations and solutions for customers;
building and maintaining good relationship with customers;
supporting customers during the whole process.
Our requirements:
excellent French and English skills (B2/C1 level);
highly interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills;
ability to work under pressure;
previous experience in customer service will be an asset.
