For our Client, international production company with office located in Kraków, we are looking for candidates with fluency in English for a position of Customer Care Specialist with English

Your new role
Support a Customer Service Team to achieve agreed commitments to our customers. Manage customers’ orders in our internal system. Cooperate with internal departments of the Company and you will get to know logistics processes such as demand, production, and planning transportation. You will learn about pricing, sales and marketing-related processes to successfully manage your daily task. Have an opportunity to use your analytical skills in performing different tasks.

What you'll need to succeed
You need to have fluency in English, because you will be mostly working with English language and supporting U.S. market. We are looking for candidates with analytical skills who can easily build relationships with customers. Previous experience in Customer Service would be considered as an asset.
