Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier customer service when selling and ticketing for direct customers, travel agents, and corporate clients.
  • Assist customers in planning their journeys and offer recommendations on travel products, fares, and services.
  • Support customers with flight bookings, modifications, and website navigation.
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback via phone, email, and web channels.
  • Build strong relationships with direct customers and identify potential corporate clients.

Requirements:

  • High proficiency in English and German (at least level B2).
  • Strong communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
  • Passion for delivering world-class customer service.
  • Open-mindedness and eagerness for continuous development.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model from our Kraków office (one-month full-time training in the office, then at least two days per week onsite).
