Customer Advisor with English

For our Client, a global, recognisable company, we are looking for a person, who would like to join to the team as a Customer Service Representative. 

No experience needed!

Responsibilities: 

• Answering questions from client39s employees customers via phone and sometimes via chat (HR area, benefits)
• Completing all administrative tasks related to the customer service
• Providing professional customer service in English

Requirements:

• Speak and write English very well (min. C1)
• Easily establish relationships with others
• Have conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of the Polish language is crucial
• Availability to start from 12.02.2024
