CRM Campaign Coordinator
We are looking to recruit an experienced CRM professional to develop and utilise our Client's consumer knowledge to maximise consumer engagement and loyalty.

Our Client is a global FMCG / retail company, a premium brand which strives to deliver the best possible product and customer experience. Currently, due to development of their local structure, our Client seeks to recruit an experienced CRM Campaign Coordinator to utilise consumer knowledge to maximise consumer engagement and loyalty.
Description
- Develop and implement local CRM strategy to maximize customer loyalty and value
- Manage, control and shape the company's loyalty program
- Provide business and customer insights from all available data with the objective to increase customers' iife time value
- Prepare and present monthly action plans that will tackle main business KPIs, like average consumption, basket value or churn rate, and implement those plans to realise set KPIs
- Analyse, segment and target groups of customers for the communication campaigns, as well as specific activation and loyalty campaigns
- Manage customer database quality, ensure it meets all safety and data privacy requirements
Profile
- 3+ years of related experience in CRM activations and analysis
- Customer-centric approach and ability to understand and respond to consumers behaviour
- Practical knowledge of direct marketing metrics, segmentation, data analysis and response measurements
- Experience in performing advanced analytics, segmentation, data mining using SQL, SAS, SPSS or similar tools will be a great plus
- Ability to present meaningful, actionable insights and conclusions based on data
- Developed communication and presentation skills
- Organisational leadership to initiate and drive cross-team projects, influence others and serve as a business partner to relevant teams
- Fluency in English
