Credit & Collections Junior Specialist with Czech

Before you start our induction training we will check if you:

-are open to start an international career

-have good communication and analytical skills

-have a client-focused attitude

-speak fluent Czech (B2 level) and English (B2 level)

You will:

-Clarify cases via phone calls (English/Czech)

-Apply payment and code correctly to ensure line item reconciliation

-Respond to emails and phone calls

-Follow control and compliance regulations

-Book all transactions in a timely manner and according to the correct account reconciliation

-Document information in the system according to Company procedures

-Verify and timely processing financial data through the different tools and systems
Effectively communicate with clients and colleagues in respective countries
