Country Manager (Real Estate Fund)
We are seeking for an experience person for a position of Country Head.
Client Details
For our Client - rapidly growing real estate investment firm, operating on various markets - we are seeking for an experienced professional for a position of Country Head. The role is to provide leadership, strategic thinking and successful management of the teams to achieve fund goals. Country Head will be responsible for new assets acquisition / disposal and development, tenant relationship management within logistics market.
Description
- Lead the company operations and ensures that all business objectives are delivered as per the set-up business plan
- Source potential new acquisition opportunities for both investment and development purposes (from land to income producing assets
- Manage due diligence process, negotiating and closing transactions
- Hold asset, property and investment management duties related to own Real Estate portfolio in order achieve the maximum value for the assets
- Securing bank financing for investment and development purpose
- Support tenant relationship management
- Develop strong business relationship with tenants and other partners
- Provide leadership support to teams and new employees
- Manage internal teams (20+)
Profile
- University degree in Finance, Economics or relevant
- At least 10-15 years of experience within commercial real estate area (preferably logistics market)
- Demonstrated experience and documented track record in sourcing/executing industrial real estate investments or leasing transactions
- Strong and verifiable network of investors, brokers and other real estate professionals
- Advanced analytic and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English
- Strong leadership skills
- Flexible and commercially driven approach
- Strong interpersonal skills
