For our Client – an international online marketing company, we are looking for the best Candidate for the position of Country Manager Poland.
The company is a pioneering Permission Marketing Company and a leading provider in online lead generation. Our client develop innovative solutions for B2C companies to use email marketing as an effective mass marketing channel. Connecting brands to their target audiences through online lead generation.

Responsibilities:
- Managing and further developing of your accounts, by building longterm partnerships and longterm contracts
- P&L; Steady monthly growth in total gross margin 5-10% growth per month aim
- Monitoring Traffic budget;
- Following on forecast + growth targets and determining traffic volume + max cpl together with management
- Campaign / path management;
- Optimizing on daily basis: questions and positions
- Daily activities include monitoring & evaluating the individual account results, reporting, advising your clients, pitching Permission Marketing/lead generation and building long term relationships
- Managing and controlling concepts in GEO
- Creation of new concepts together with traffic/design
- Researching and deepening your Permission Marketing/lead generation & email marketing knowledge
- Selling our Permission Marketing/lead generation product to customers in various B2C industries
- Visiting clients
As a Country Manager at Company you are responsible for the total results of your GEO. You are responsible for steady monthly growth and a successful position in the Polish market.

- At least 4 years of relevant B2B account management experience in the Polish market
- B2B sales experience
- Commercial and negotiation skills

- Willing to re-locate to Amsterdam
