We are looking for a German speaker with an excellent leadership skills to lead our Team in Cracow!

Job description:

The person on this position will act as a Team Leader / Supervisor for 20-people team. The position Includes supporting defined ‘people’ processes (supervision over KPIs and SLAs, coaching, briefings etc). Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and supporting change processes in the company is also a part of this offer!

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinator for German Team will be responsible for advanced team management (organizing team meetings, one-to-ones, providing feedback, participating in interviews).Team Leader will also ensure optimum application of standard processes and regulatory requirements by working alongside individuals and the Team to observe compliance with best practices. One of the responsibilities will also be identifying training needs for the individual/team/department by analysing operational performance results/statistics and by reviewing employee and team performance against key service indicators.

Skills and knowledge required to succeed on this position:
• Fluent English & German it’s a must
• Previous leadership experience is highly desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good knowledge of business processes
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
