To achieve our ambitious growth goals and to further expand our Controlling team we are currently looking for a Controlling Team Lead or a Senior Controller who would like to develop into a managerial position soon.
In this role you would lead Krakow Controlling team (5 colleagues) taking operational responsibility for HR, Revenue and IT controlling as well as customer profitability, month-end close process and maintenance of controlling-relevant systems and static/master data.

In this role you would lead Krakow Controlling team (5 colleagues) taking operational responsibility for HR, Revenue and IT controlling as well as customer profitability, month-end close process and maintenance of controlling-relevant systems and static/master data.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
- coordinate and prepare Senior Management reporting, including Investment Board, Supervisory Board, Works Council, Leadership Conferences
- support Transfer Pricing process in:
- Documentation of intercompany relationships
- Counterpart for Group Tax and Accounting
- Development/maintenance of standard model for calculation of intercompany relationships
- maintain and enhance Controlling related processes and IT landscape, i.a.
- Prepare Forecast, Budget and other planning models
- Support the further implementation of PowerBI
- support innovation, automation and digitalization in a flexible, solution-oriented and pragmatic approach
- work on other regular and ad-hoc financial controlling tasks as deemed necessary
What you offer:
As successful candidate, you will bring the following:
- Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related subject
- experience in Microsoft Office (esp. Excel)
- practical knowledge in accounting systems and reporting (BI) tools would be a plus
- first experience in people management would be a plus
- experience in leading transformative change, delivering process efficiencies through simplification, automation & standardization
- passion in digitalization, new technologies and business transformation
- strong networking and communication skills to present and make impact on senior management levels
- client centric mindset and superior customer service focus
- Fluent in English, German would be an asset
