Controlling Manager / Senior Financial Controller

The candidate will support cooperation with banks (financing, agreements, reporting), new acquisition analysis, and full financial reporting of entities to investors and owners. The person will work independently as well as part of a team and will be responsible for all financial control, budgeting and preparation of new tools.

For our client real estate company with stable and growing business model (commercial real estate), currently we are seeking for a Candidate for position of Controlling Manager / Senior Financial Controller based in Warsaw (City Center).

Description

• Supporting cooperation with banks and taking active part in financing aspects
• Control and monitor all requirements for banks and financial institution based on agreements
• Financial reporting to the banks
• Monitoring the performance of the Group
• Responsible for Financial Reporting of consolidated group and entities
• Responsible for budgeting and forecasting of the consolidated group of entities
• Participation in the Group's year-end close process
• Preparation of ad-hoc analysis as required by CFO or Parent Company
• Preparation of finance and business analysis
• Being responsible for all financial aspects of real estate investments (cash flow, DD)
• Cooperation with the Group's auditors
• Cash management of the Group and treasury operations
• Project management in the area of finance and accounting
• Preparation of new templates and ability to improve support tools
• Have an active role in development and maintenance of the current and future implementation of new systems

Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as part of financial reporting/controlling team (also in financial audit of Real Estate companies)
• Recognised professional accountancy qualification (ACCA/CIMA) would be a strong advantage
• Real Estate experience is required
• Experience in cross border group accounting and dealing with different currencies
• Experience in implementation of ERP/BI systems
• Strong commercial attitude
• Perfect command of English
• Good attention to detail
• Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point
• The candidate should be energetic, enthusiastic, proactive, reliable, and a self-starter
• Ability to work independently and with colleagues in different areas of the business as well as part of finance team
• Candidate can work under pressure and deliver tasks under time restraints
