For our customers, we are creating clear added value from Frankfurt am Main Luxembourg and Cracow with around 400 asset managers worldwide.
To achieve our ambitious growth goals and to further develop our Controlling team in Krakow we are currently looking for a Controller to join us in this exciting journey.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
• maintain and develop the business and customer unit profitability model
• support business units with standard and customized reports
• stakeholder management (counterpart for business units and legal entities)
• analyze several expense accounts (operational expenditure)
• support the planning processes (forecast, budget and medium-term planning)
• coordinate preparation of Investment Board reporting
• coordinate preparation of reports for supervisory board, works council etc.
• maintain and enhance Controlling related processes and IT landscape
• support innovation, automation and digitalization in a flexible, solution-oriented and pragmatic approach
• other regular and ad-hoc financial controlling tasks as deemed necessary
What you offer
As successful candidate, you will bring the following:
• university degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related subject • experience in Microsoft Office (esp. Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP (or other accounting systems). Practical knowledge in reporting (BI) tools would be a plus
• experience in leading transformative change, delivering process efficiencies through simplification, automation & standardization
• passionate about digitalization, new technologies and business transformation
• excellent knowledge and understanding of enabling technology typically used within a financial services organization
• strong interpersonal skills to network, communicate and influence at senior management levels
• client centric mindset and superior customer service focus
• fluent in English, German language skills would be an asset
