To achieve our ambitious growth goals we are currently looking for a Controller (m/f/d).
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Month-end close related tasks, i.a.
- Support Revenue Controller and Asset & Flow Reporting tasks
- Prepare analysis based on revenues, assets and flows with a volumes x price focus (on customer and/or fund level)
- Comment on development of assets, flows, revenues and bps for standard reporting tasks (i.a. Investment Board Reporting)
- Support normal month-end tasks according to Controlling “Book of work” (i.a. statistical key figures, KPIs, SAP allocation keys)
- Support regular reporting tasks (i.a. cost center reports)
- Maintain and develop existing or new reporting tools to increase operational stability and efficiency
- Support the setup of “general Finance tasks” together with Accounting & Treasury to increase cross-linking and higher efficiencies (i.a. maintenance of account and cost center structure)
- Other regular financial controlling tasks as they may be advised by Head of Controlling
- Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related subject
- Experience in Microsoft Office (esp. Excel). Practical knowledge regarding KVG/Fund Administration business (e.g. products, revenue streams) would be highly appreciated
- Experience in leading transformative change, delivering process efficiencies through simplification, automation & standardization
- Passionate about digitalization, new technologies and business transformation
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of enabling technology typically used within a financial services organization
- Strong interpersonal skills to network, communicate and influence at senior management levels
- Client centric mindset and superior customer service focus
- Fluent in English
- German language skills would be a plus
