With its administration, insourcing and risk management services, the company focuses on the administration and structuring of funds, securities, real assets as well as alternative asset classes and offers complex risk management solutions.
In order to support our continuous growth, we are looking for an employee (m/f) for the Compliance Team of our Legal & Compliance Department.
Your areas of responsibility include:
• Self-contained processing and Documentation of Know-Your-Customer Checks for our clients, counter-parties and business partners concerning legal requirements for German and Luxembourg jurisdiciton
• Coordination Processing and Negotiation of requests regarding Know-Your-Customer requirements for German and Luxembourg jurisdiction
• Cooperation with internal units in Germany and Luxembourg
• Ongoing Standardisation of processes for both jurisdictions in cooperation with Compliance Teams in Germany and Luxembourg
What you offer:
• Essential - professional experience in the compliance or legal department of an investment management company or comparable organisation (e.g. custodian)
• Competent, business fluent and assertive appearance is a key skill
• Proficient in MS Office
• Of advantage - technical affinity and proficiency in conventional information systems
• Very good knowledge of English is mandatory
• Good knowledge of German would be an asset
• Ability to work independently, to problem solve and spot issues proactively
