We are looking for Compliance & e-Catalogue Specialistto new investor in Tricity! - Maersk Drilling, a global leader in the OIL & GAS industry, opening a new office in Gdansk.
Your new role
- Identify and evaluate critical suppliers for the organization
- Assist in approval or rejection of new supplier requests
- Implement processes to monitor contract compliance
- Monitor buying behaviour to ensure the selected contracts/catalogues are being utilised and engage with stakeholder in case of none compliance
- Assist in monitoring supplier behaviour to ensure used contracts are in compliance to agreed terms and condition (price, delivery terms, etc.)
- Together with Master Data team, manage catalogue content quality
- Develop a robust process to add content in the catalogue
- Develop and issue quarterly catalogue overview/status
