An international organization in the field of e-commerce and marketing, looking for candidates for the Krakow SSC centre.

Responsibilities

• Create, deliver, standardise, and maintain total rewards (compensation and benefits) strategy, plans, policies, tools and structures to ensure alignment with company’s business strategy, competitiveness, cost-efficiency, and legal compliance
• Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc)
• Use various methods and techniques and make data based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations
• Participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
• Differentiate pay systems to invest in the segments of workforce that contribute the most value
• Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports

 Requirements and skills

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience within the Total Rewards/Compensation & Benefits area
• Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
• Strong spoken and written English skills
• Global mindset and the ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Knowledge of Workday would be an advantage
