Client Details
This construction business has ambitious and realistic expansion plans. A successful candidate will be working closely with Polish team based in Warsaw, Headquarter in Spain and external companies. This is an all-encompassing role and you will be completing tasks from financial accounting, management accounts, business analysis and forecasting.
Description
- Ensure the accuracy of reporting and the implementation of company processes
- Coordination of all the Polish admin team in terms of finance and accounting tasks
- Leadership in Budget and Forecast process
- Monthly accounting review (financial and analytical)
- Support to Country Manager in finance: profitability, direct & indirect costs, etc.
- Petty Cash in Warsaw and control of the rest in-country ones
- Purchasing process in ERP
- Cash flow involvement (overview of accounts receivable and payable)
- Cost allocation process (direct and indirect costs)
- Coordination of information with external accounting company and HR payroll provider
- Admin of in-country office (supply, IT, documents flow)
- Key contact to country authorities, lawyers and auditors
- Daily admin support to Country Manager and Technical Manager
- This highly commercial role will see you working closely with the Country Manager to move the business forward
- Proactive to improve current admin processes and internal control functions
- Provide value added solutions to other areas requests
Profile

Fully qualified or qualified by experience (within a similar role)

Knowledge of accounting, controlling and admin

An excellent communicator

Ambitious and driven to make a difference

Higher university degree - finance, & accountancy, business admin

English fluent and Spanish preferably
