Community / Social Media Manager with French
Candidate will be responsible for all social media/community activities and will work closely with French HQ.

Our client is a French company - market leader in France that provides training materials (concept of coaching / continuous learning products) for physiotherapists, hospitals and private institutions. They have first encouraging results in Poland and in order to allow further development we are looking for Social Media / Community Manager with French and Polish language skills.
Description
- Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
- Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
- Generate new ideas for social content to drive communications
- Writing engaging copy for use on relevant social media platforms
- Planning social content and maintaining the content calendar ensuring social media content is regular, relevant and engaging
- Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
- Engaging with Fans and Followers to build relationships with the community and encourage engagement
- Weekly reporting on social media engagements within the community
- Monitoring the success of the community and of social media in terms of the overall marketing strategy
- Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams in HQ to ensure brand consistency
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to relay customer feedback insights gained from online conversations within the community
Profile
- Proven work experience as a Social media / community manager or alternatively a background in digital marketing
- Hands on experience in content management
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Good knowledge of SEO, SEM and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Familiarity with web design
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Fluent French and Polish is a must
