We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Communications Manager
Location: Kraków
Responsibilties:
Proposing and overseeing internal communication strategies, communications plan and budget, derived from the 3 year HR plan, including annual objectives in line with the company’s objectives and its full scope delivery
Supporting in the area of communication for Managers and individual teams
Supporting communications of change projects in company’s Shared Services Centre
Employee engagement planning and alignment to company objectives. Delivering of employee engagement agenda
CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) agenda planning and management including activities such as employee volunteering, health prophylaxis, safety awareness, responsible consumption etc.
Organizing (from brief to execution) of various social (Carnival, Christmas Party etc.) and formal events (managerial meetings, quarterly reviews, annual meetings, etc.)
Running dialogue with employees and HRBPs to make sure employees are able to provide feedback on communications initiatives and their ideas are being translated into actions
Required skills:
You hold Bachelors or Master degree in Communications, English, Public Relations, journalism or related discipline
You have minimum 2 years of experience in building communications strategies for international companies
You have experience in managing small teams
You have very good knowledge of communications principles, methodologies and tools
You have knowledge of graphic designing principles
You have exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal in English
You are flexible, adaptable, able to work in various and challenging situations, dealing with complexity and time pressure
You are able to work effectively and build relationships at all levels in an organization
You are a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
You present critical business expertise and understating of organizational issues and challenges
You are familiar with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
Experience in Change Management and Project Management would be an asset
Experience in shared service organization will be an asset
