We39re looking for a Commercial/ Marketing Analyst who will be responsible for:

Formulating strategies: maximizing network revenue by addressing specific business questions across functions, regions, and business partners.
Value proposition management: collaborating with other marketing groups to manage and develop our value proposition.
Determining and reviewing KPIs: coordinating business and financial performance reviews and discussing new lane-level opportunities.
Understanding revenue and cost structure: analyzing the competitive landscape and network capabilities to support more effective commercial activities.
Sales support: analyzing key drivers to results and providing a holistic view of customer interactions and engagements.
Research and analysis: conducting regular research and analysis of the competitive and market landscape.
Project leadership: supporting or leading projects by applying your area of expertise.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Data analysis expertise: proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, SAS, Alteryx, Databricks,
and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Excellent knowledge of English
Organizational skills: strong planning and organizational abilities.
Analytical skills: ability to interpret complex data, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth and marketing effectiveness.
Reporting skills: creating clear, concise reports and presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively across various functional groups and hierarchical levels.
The ability to work under pressure and make quick, sound decisions.
Experience in revenue management and/or logistics is a plus.
Query Language Skills: Experience with SQL, Hive, R, Python, etc., is advantageous.
A collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn.
