Hays Talent Solutions require a Commercial Finance Manager for a one-year Maternity cover FTC based in our Head Office in Cheapside, London.
Your new job
You will support the sales team in developing Hays Talent Solutions value propositions with hands on financial modelling tasks. All over the World every day our sales teams partner with organisations to propose commercially viable, complex service offerings uniquely matched to clients requirements. This work requires a deep knowledge of the recruitment industry and how the bid process works from initial scoping all the way to solution design. The ideal candidate will have impressive experience working with multiple senior stakeholders in a global firm. Developing robust financial models that reflect all aspects of the proposed solution must be something you have hands on knowledge of. These solutions must cover implementation, operational, legal, pricing and commercial considerations which enable a successful negotiation strategy. This will also include working with Business Sector Directors and the Finance Team post implementation to review financial and operational performance to see what insights and lessons can be learned for future bids. This process will also identify any significant changes in scope requiring further negotiation.

What you need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced professional with an accredited Chartered Accountancy Qualification and a track record of managing senior stakeholders throughout a consultation process. The successful candidate will be highly analytical with advanced excel skills and excellent experience of budgeting and forecasting for a Global Company. An ability to create innovative commercial solutions is fundamental to this position and knowing how RPO/MSP recruitment business models work from experience would be a huge advantage, although it is not essential.
