For our client – global company specializing in finance&banking we are looking for candidates who will join to the new team in Cracow.
In this role you will be making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations, resolving client-billing problems, rescuing accounts receivable delinquency, applying good customer service in a timely manner, reviewing and monitoring assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports.
We are looking for candidates with excellent English and Spanish skills (at least B2 level). The ideal candidate for this position should have experience of corporate collections including interaction with a large customer base or experience in customer service in finance. You should also have excellent communication skills, problem solving and analytical skills and ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast changing environment.
