Collection Specialist with Portuguese - rekrutacja online

 Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and analysing of customers receivables
• Contacting with Customers via phone and mail
• Verifying new customer accounts and working in co-ordination with the business and the US/EMEA Risk Team
• Ensuring compliance with collection policies and procedures
• Booking of incoming payments & refunds to customers
• Responsible for all monthly reporting

Requirements:

• Min 1 year of experience in accounting, especially accounts receivables/collection activities including experience of reconciliation processes and procedures
• Obtained economic, accounting or finance university degree/qualification
• Very good level of English and Portuguese – is a must
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP – will be an asset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Ability to identify, manage and implement process improvements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
