Cluster Finance Executive Director
The successful candidate will participate in divisional and countries' projects and will have a strong liaison and influence with operating companies within the division on financial reporting and performance matters and will be able to challenge and support these companies on various projects.

Our Client is a global production company operating in B2B business. We are seeking to recruit an experienced Cluster Finance Executive Director who will work closely with the Group Finance and Performance Director and provide analysis and advice to help to execute business plans.
Description
- Work closely with Cluster Finance and Performance Director on all areas
- Build analytical models and perform financial and business analysis concerning new business models and plans
- Regularly interface up through the Senior Management and act as a thought partner for senior leaders who seek input on key strategic decisions
- Coordinating numerous projects delivery across division
- Supporting performance improvement initiatives
- Cooperate with countries' and divisional teams
- Delivering presentations to divisional management team
- Provides support in the Finance and Performance areas, including follow up on key issues arising
- Maintain relationship with Europe and Group teams - point of contact in the specific areas of focus
- Gain in-depth understanding of business activities with aim to act as Operating Companies business partner
Profile
- Experience from Big4 will be an asset
- Track record in delivering projects for industrial companies
- Ability to manage workflows with multiple stakeholders in an effective manner
- Able to work under time pressure, drive for results
- Strong analytical skills, lateral thinking and ability to make high quality timely decisions
- Ability to work internationally (business travels)
- Excellent communication skills with good attention to details
- Business Acumen - good understanding of the business
- Working on many projects at the same time
- Excellent project management skills
- M&A experience might be nice to have
- Political and organizational savvy
- International experience or exposure as a plus
- Adaptation skills and working with different cultures, profiles, issues
