Opis stanowiska pracy

In this role you will be leading and supporting design of multiple IT applications throughout their journey to the strategic cloud. As a Cloud Architect, you will be supporting IT Application Managers in their cloud design efforts, providing necessary expertise and guidance on cloud selection as well as application architecture. You will interact and support diverse IT workloads, including Business Intelligence, Big Data, transactional systems, web applications and many others. Your challenges will include understanding and choosing architecturally sound solutions from a library of prebuilt patterns and strategic cloud hosting providers, as well as influencing our cloud architecture patterns.  Cloud Architect position requires significant experience in large scale migrations of highly complex and interrelated applications. You will need to be proficient with influencing cross-functional teams as well as have executive communication skills to present to business partners and industry experts. You will work with a team of experts in Cloud Center of Excellence in various locations and multiple supplier resources from various locations and companies.

You have:

·         7+ years of IT professional experience, including acting as a cloud architect for a medium to large company or service company providing support to multiple clients.

·         Excellent knowledge of AWS and/or Azure cloud solutions and relevant certifications:

AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or Associate.

As an additional asset:

o    Architecting Microsoft Azure Solutions.

o    Developing Microsoft Azure Solutions.

o    Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions.

·         Practical experience with any modern programming language

·         Fluency in network topics will be a big advantage (IP, DNS, firewalls, routing).

·         Strong leadership, innovation, communication, analytical and interpersonal collaboration skills.

·         Fluency in English.
