Opis stanowiska pracy
The role has been created to provide corporate clients with exceptional client experience during their migration processes and projects associated with them. The person in this position will take direct responsibility for management of clients portfolio, building strong relationships with them, ensure the projects are lead with highest standards and meet requirements in terms of quality and audit standards. As a Client Technical Integration Specialist you will have a direct impact on business processes enhancements and thus continuous improvement of the quality and level of provided services.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting client’s technical integration setup with the bank and suggesting solutions;
- Working as a main point of contact for internal and external clients;
- Gathering clients requirements and documenting them with particular focus on configuration setups, testing processes and other technical aspects of their needs;
- Supporting the change processes and regularly review the flows of individual projects.
Wymagania
- Minimum 1 year of corporate professional working experience, ideally in the financial area;
- Knowledge and experience with UAT Tests;
- Excellent communicator, comfortable in speaking with professionals at various levels and seniority;
- Fast learner – it is crucial for this role to pick up things quickly and have a technical attitude;
- Ability to predict risks associated with the projects (deadlines, issues, potential problems);
- Excellent English;
- Preferably: cash management (payments & receivables) and host to host banking technical knowledge (connectivity, encryption tools, file formats) – NOT REQUIRED as a prerequisite as full training will be given.
