To achieve our ambitious goals we are looking for you to support our “Securities Product Solutions Team”. The position is acting between the Sales and Relationship Management Team and the operational units. Currently we have a permanent vacancy of a qualified Client Solutions Analyst.
Your challenge:
Steering and monitoring of dedicated tasks within the change process of institutional and retail funds (i.a. Asset Manager changes, fee structure changes, investment guide-lines changes, o strategy, custodians) in order to ensure in-time and in-quality delivery for:
– Drafting, Reviewing, Examining relevant fund documents, incl. regulatory adjustments of contract templates – Drafting, , Adjustments, Change of the KIIDs, PRIIPs, EMTs
– Account opening process for call money accounts at third-party banks
– Managing of static data changes, also registration on Bloomberg, Fundsquare, Reuters, etc.
– Publication of Fund related Pricings, sales documents and support of the data provider
– Strong collaboration with the Securities Product Solutions Team
– Support clients and internal departments in handling non-standard requests (e.g. com-missions, new processes)
– Ensuring timely and qualified enquiry handling
– Establish and maintain efficient and well documented processes as well as challenge and improve existing tasks
– The Client Solution Analyst is a key position with significant responsibility and interaction with clients, internal departments and external partners
Your qualification:
– Excellent university degree in business administration, economics, or related field of study
– Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial industry, either in a project management or an operational role – Organizational and project management skills, incl. proven experience in project management and/or contract management is of advantage
– Strong communication skills with the ability to discuss and align with clients and external partners
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
– Understanding of the investment fund business in Germany, Luxembourg and further fund domiciles (e.g. EMIR regulation, securities services, etc.)
– Service orientation, paired with a solution-oriented attitude
– Dedicated team player
– very good written and spoken English skills are required; good working knowledge of German is a distinct advantage; any additional language is considered as an asset
