For our Client, globally recognized company that specialize in sales, we are currently looking for Sales Coordinators with European languagesto join SSC based in Krak贸w.

You will be working in a front line customer service rolewhere you will be taking a high volume of inbound calls, dealing with all customer enquiries, arranging service, installation and maintenance and resolving issues. As your role develops, you will take on more of a coordination role and provide the sales team the support they require to be effective. Training will be given to ensure you are equipped with the relevant knowledge to perform your job to the highest standard and you will provide with ongoing support.

We are looking for Candidates with excellent communication skills. Previous work experience in Customer Service field would be an asset but is not required. Successful Candidate needs to speak good English andadditionally:German/ Czech/ Greek/ Romanian, at least at B2/ C1 level.

As the successful candidate, you will be a robust and dedicated customer service professional with excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate a friendly and engaging personality over the phone.
