Hays company is currently recruiting for their Client, an international banking company, for the position of Client Implementation Specialist with French.

Localisation: Krakow/Warsaw 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary requirements for client setup are met
• Work jointly with Product Development, Operations, IT and Client Service Desk teams in the context of a new client onboarding into the CapLink application
• Conduct training sessions and provide support during the onboarding process, which may involve travelling to the client’s location
• Manage user access, including creation, modification, and reconciliation of user accounts 
•  Provide technical service support for Private Capital clients using the web portal 
• Navigate and understand the portal’s functionalities, including eFront - FIA
• Organise internal walkthroughs and training sessions to support the implementation of changes, new features, and releases
• Respond to client queries related to web portal usage and user setup/access
• Address client analytical queries, clarifying issues or redirecting operational queries to the appropriate team as needed
• Answer client’s analytical query – clarify analytics issue or re-route with StakeholdDirect client’s operational query (contents related) to Operational Team as needed / consult with relevant Operational Team client’s operational query (contents related) as needed 
• Participate in internal and external meetings/calls related to assigned tasks and projects, clearly articulating key points.

Requirements:

• Experience in banking, financial sector or Securities Services
• Fluent working knowledge of English and French
• University degree  
• Independence in the performance of entrusted tasks
• Excellent organisational & communication skills
• Stress resistance and ability to work under deadlines
• Knowledge of legal acts related to the financial or banking sector
