Your new role 
At the position of Clearance Broker with German, you will be responsible for keeping logistics and transport documentation, entering data into the system, calculating customs and transport charges, and successful contact with the Client in German and English.

What you'll need to succeed
You speak fluently in German and English. With highly developed communication and analytical skills you'll have the ability to manage incoming Client contacts and escalations in order to prioritize their needs and provide unique solutions to problems. You want to develop within a multinational organization. Experience in Customer Service would be an asset.
