Currently, for one of our clients - a leader on the transport market - we are looking for people for the position of:
Clearance Broker with French
You will be responsible for:
- Creating Customs entry documents based on the documents attached to the shipments
- Contacting clients in order to confirm all necessary information is provided
- Checking if all Customs documentation is accomplished properly
- Using good judgement while preparing declarations to customs
- Confirming accuracy within a fast paced environment
You are:
- Fluent in French (written and spoken, at least B2+)
- Excellent communicator and customer focused
- Task oriented and with good computer skills
- Team player
- Willing to develop in multinational environment
- Able to make independent decisions based on expertise
- *Experience in customer service would be an asset*
