For our Client, well-known international company located in Kraków, we are currently looking for a person interested in the position of a Chief Data Architect.
Your new role
As a Chief Data Architect you will beresponsible for delivery of a number of global/regional/product architecture activities. The job holder leads the design and development of architectures, which are aligned with group standards, IT and business strategy, meet business objectives and satisfy all relevant regulatory and operational risk controls. The Chief Data Architect (Regional) is responsible for participating and assuring the operation of the global practice of architecture within their relevant area.
What you'll need to succeed
An ideal candidate should have demonstrated knowledge of the Financial Services industry including industry trends, competitive pressures, product and service offerings and organisational operating models. as well as experience of working within a large, complex and geographically dispersed organisation (including matrix management structure and across time zones). You should be an influential thought leader with extensive experience of working within a data function that actively defines strategy and functionality to be implemented on both new and existing systems/components. Moreover, comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the power and value of data with an ability to apply technology solutions to meet business needs and deliver organisational strategy is a must. Additionally strong relationship management capabilities with an ability to engage, influence and collaborate with stakeholders across organisational boundaries enabling the delivery of high standard outcomes. TOGAF (or alternate Architecture framework) certification and experience of using Agile and DevOps methodologies are nice to have.
