Chief Accountant
Due to the very dynamic development of the company (foreign expansion and purchase of new companies), we are looking for an experienced Chief Accountant who will take responsibility for keeping the books for the entire capital group - local and foreign entities. Regarding the specificity of business, a person who worked in a company based on project finance will match the role perfectly.

Description
- Responsibility for accounting and tax policy of the Capital Group
- Manage a team and coordinate the cooperation with foreign accounting offices
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with PAS and IFRS
- Support the consolidation process for the WSE requirements
- Supervise tax calculation, especially VAT, CIT and WHT
- Responsible for the recognition of cost and revenues in terms of project accounting
- Represent the company regarding tax and audit matters
- Optimize processes and implement automation in finance department
- Conduct the implementation of new ERP system (including a selection of software)
- Cooperate with the controlling team in terms of budgeting and management reporting
Profile
- 5 years of experience as a Chief Accountant or Accounting Manager
- Fluent command of English (both spoken and written)
- Experience in a publicly listed company or/and a software development company - nice to have
- ACCA qualification - nice to have
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems
- Up to date knowledge of taxes
- Experience in implementation of systems and process automation - nice to have
- Independence, drive and high level of ambition
- Ability to work under pressure of deadlines
