Change Manager
We are looking for an ambitious change manager who has project experience in international organisations. This person will focus on the people side of change, including
changes to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organization structures.

Description
- Collaborate with Communications function to support the design, development, delivery and management of communications, recognizing that the Communication function is leading this aspect of change
- Anticipate and manage resistance
- Identifying the most expected and potential points of reluctance to change
- Collaborate with transition team members in integrating change management into their project plans
- Identify, conduct impact analyses, and assess change readiness, ofkey stakeholders
- Contribute to defining and implementing a target culture, leadership and cooperation model suitable for the desired state including pertinent people development and recognition measures
- Supporting training and communication as part of change management. Activities may include designing or delivering specialized training resources to appropriate userbase
- Integrate change management activities into the project plan
- Lead or consult and coach interdisciplinary project teams
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
Profile
- Master degree, preferably in psychology, sociology
- English proficiency is a must
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Team working spirit and good interpersonal communication skills
- Independent working and problem solving skill, self-motivated
- Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactic
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent active listening skills
