CEE Finance Director (FMCG)
The role will form part of the local Management Board and cover finance aspects of the company in commercial, supply chain and manufacturing areas. The CEE Finance Director will work close with EMEA CFO and CEE General Manager.

We are currently seeking to recruit a regional Finance Director (CEE) with a strong commercial mindset and drive who will support the company in maintaining its very good market position and who will facilitate its further growth.
Description
- Provide financial leadership to the business as the regional head of finance
- Act as partner to the business side of the organization identifying opportunities for growth and process optimization; utilizes market knowledge and customer relationships to drive insights
- Develops finance organizational strategies by contributing financial information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction and establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives
- Focus on productivity, quality, growth, margin, and customer-service strategies
- Provide analysis of pricing and promotional activities to drive effective use of trade spend and impact to internal profitability
- Manage financial planning, periodic financial performance reviews and budget variance, ensure cash flow is compatible with company operations
- Take responsibility for management information on regional level
- Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team
- Lead a team of finance business partners focused on markets in CEE region
- The role will cover finance aspects of the company in commercial, supply chain and manufacturing areas. The CEE Finance Director will work close with EMEA CFO and CEE General Manager
Profile
- Educated to university degree level
- ACCA, CIMA or equivalent certification will be a strong asset
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Finance Director in an international sales-driven organization; regional experience / focus / mind-set is essential
- Experience in the FMCG sector / manufacturing + supply chain companies is strongly preferred
- Successful track record in leading teams
- Experience in collaborating among senior management, business and functional leaders
- Strong leadership skills
- Strategic view, strong conceptual skills
- Fluency in English and Polish is a must
- Mobility is highly desirable
