Be the expert on Perfect Store. Recommend ways to build the right range by channel and format to maximize sales and marketing strategies whilst improving profitability above budgeted levels. Lead consist approach to space management tools across the region. Recommend the correct promotional strategy, timing and mechanics to support, develop the framework and tools for continuous tracking and ROI improvement.

For our client, an international manufacturing company, we are looking for a Category Manager
Description
- Identify Company growth potential via Category Management process, choose and implement appropriate growth strategy
- Manage and develop the category in all retail channels based on Company strategic goals and deep understanding of Shopper behavior and market trends helping to achieve Company sales, distribution and share targets
- Build and develop partner relations with Key Customers through understanding of Customer Strategy and providing win-win-win solution.
- Provide thorough understanding of shopper attitudes, needs and behavior in specific product categories and communicate key learning across Sales and Marketing, transform Shopper knowledge into actionable recommendations to drive in-store excellence.
- Maximize Company sales through efficient assortment and shelf layout recommendations, based on understanding of channels\customers specifics
- Work closely with the Category Management Director EMEA, to recommend means to maximise competitive advantage, through effective use of category data and insight and Joint Business Planning
Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of Category Management experience
- Expertise in Customer Marketing, Shopper Insight and BI
- Fluency in English and Polish
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data from different sources
- Strong time and process management skills
- High level of computer literacy (MS Office, Apollo, Nielsen, SAP)
- Knowing the tools provided by NPD/GFK/Kantar/ACNielsen
