Description
- Mapping and pronouncing core objectives for Real Estate, Leases & Rentals category across EMEA and APAC
- Developing and executing procurement strategy for the category, working closely with local procurement across the regions and other business stakeholders
- Ensuring that sourcing is procured in an efficient, professional and cost-effective manner
- Identifying opportunities and driving sourcing initiatives that generate value and cost efficiencies
- Pro-active communication and sharing of best practices with other Commodity Managers
- Delivering timely reporting
Profile
- Master Degree in Economics, Business or Engineering
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Real Estate, Leases, Rentals category, preferably regional scope
- Minimum 5 years of experience either in procurement department OR as a office / real estate professional, working with contracting and negotiations
- Business orientation and excellent organization and prioritizing skills
- Strong analytic and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated cross-functional team work
- Pro-active and self-motivated
- Fluency in English is a must
