For my client from the financial industry I am looking for a Cash Management / Reconciliation Agent. The client is creating a new branch in Krakow.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Monitor outgoing cash and incoming cash;
- Monitor complaints from customers or counterparties;
- Match amounts received from clients and Transfer Agents;
- Analyze the cash suspense;
- Reconcile cash entries with the client’s cash account and transactions;
- Pay the clients and Transfer Agents in function of the different cut-offs;
- Work in the Cash Management team to operate payments monitoring with our banking partners, trades and payments matching and reconciliation for both mutual and hedge funds;
- Work in coordination with the different teams (trading, Transfer Agents);
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:
- Experience working in a similar function;
- Able to adapt to different situations;
- Reliable, flexible and dynamic;
- Positive attitude and team player;
- Excellent presentation and strong communication skills;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Able to prioritize effectively and multi-task;
- Excellent written and spoken English, knowledge of other languages would be a plus;
- Very good knowledge of MS Office products;
- University degree in Financial services or similar would be beneficial.
