Currently, as the new office in Krakow has been established we are looking for professionals experienced within Capital Call management, who have German at least on intermediate level (B1).
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

We are looking for experienced specialist in capital call management, Alternative Investment or securities management with fluent English and German on intermediate level (B1 at least). The good Candidate should presentsexcellent organisational skills and ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks with high attention to detail with open minded and proactive mindset.
Our Client offers opportunity to take a part in developing new structures of finance centre in Cracow as well as both personal and professional training opportunities and promote the individual strengths of each individual. The offer includes training period in Frankfurt.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Managing the capital call process end-to-end
- Ensure that capital calls of target investments are properly instructed
- Coordination of information from different sources (e.g. Online-tools, Emails)
- Accurate check and data reconciliation
- Instruct security trades dvp/ fop and monitor the settlement
- Daily contact and working closely with front office, clients, brokers, custodians and fund accounting to resolve trade related enquiries, trade discrepancies and settlement issues
- Making recommendations for changes to processes and procedures
- Handling of complaints
- KPI developing and reporting
What you offer: As successful candidate, you will bring the following:
- Bachelor´s degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related subject
- Experience in Alternative Investments
- Experience in leading transformative change, delivering process efficiencies through simplification, automation & standardization
- Interested in digitalization and new technologies
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of enabling technology typically used within a financial services organization
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to network and communicate
- Client centric mindset and superior customer service focus
- Fluent in English and German (B1)
