For our client – Basler, we are looking for C++ Developer.

Currently, we are supporting establishment of new R&D Basler Poland Centre (located in Kraków,
High5ive) which will work independently on creation of software and company’s products. The team will
have impact on the vision of products, decisions and new solutions.

Your responsibilities
- Building applications in C/C++ for several operating systems including Windows, Linux, Mac OS and embedded architectures
- Integration of Machine Learning modules into our Software Development Kit (SDK) libraries as well as our software applications and frameworks within the area of image processing.
- Conception and execution of software design and architecture in close cooperation with platform architects
- This role will also involve developing GUIs with the help of QT/QML framework
- Work on engineering infrastructure and test automation
- Cooperate with Basler core teams on ML models execution platform for image processing
Your qualifications
- A good knowledge of C/C++
- Practical experience of delivering C/C++ applications in multiple deployment platforms environment will be a plus
- A proven track record in the use of Microsoft Visual Studio
- Practical, user-side, experience with cloud or on-prem CI/CD software delivery loop (Azure DevOps, AWS Code Deploy, Docker, Jenkins, GitLab, Rancher, Saltstack)
- SCRUM framework basic knowledge
- English (speaking & writing)
- Commited to teamwork
- Open for autonomous work
- A quick intellect and demonstrable skills in tackling complex tasks
- If senior: willingness to future coordination of work of 1-2 persons
- If senior: End2End software delivery pipeline management for development teams with code quality and security scanners
