For our Client, an international company located in Mielec, we are looking for Buyer with previous purchasing/buying experience and proficiency in Polish, English and German.
Your new role
Within this position you will be responsible for contacting suppliers to obtain competitive price, determining availability, terms and delivery schedule. Your main duties will include developing, preparing and administering purchase orders, agreements, bids and contracts. You will be reviewing incoming requisitions for accuracy. You will also be monitoring and evaluating supplier compliance with contract cost, quality and schedule requirements. Moreover, the position involves instructing and advising internal customers in the Company’s purchasing procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with some experience in purchasing/buying area. Fluency in Polish (B2/C1), English (B2/C1) and German (B2/C1) is required. An ideal Candidate has to have strong communication and decision making skills. The ability to influence others and build customer relationships is essential.
