Business Process Automation Senior Analyst
Location: Kraków
What do you need to start?
- Business process related experience: at least 2 years.
- Basic knowledge on ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken. German or French language - nice to have.
- Business Process reengineering / transformation approach.
- Strong communication analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Automation and RPA technology.
- Lean/Six Sigma trained.
- Experience in client facing roles: workshop facilitation.
- Project and change management experience.
What duties will help you grow?
- In charge of identifying Automation\RPA opportunities, risks and impacts.
- Performs current state process analysis and documentation (business requirements collection).
- Future state process design and solution modeling, cooperation with Automation /RPA developers.
- Develop and present business case, defines test scenarios.
- Design, plan and execute the transformation programs and improvement initiatives for clients.
