For our international client from banking and financial services sector, we are looking for Business Manager.
On this position you will be responsible for preparing and presenting Financial Forecasts and Annual Operating Plan, supporting and advising Leadership team and stakeholders on all financial planning activities, reviewing month end financial processes, e.g. analyse ledgers and finance transactional reports, approving accrual requirements, maintaining business framework structure, updating cost walk and forecast and preparing variance analysis, managing workforce, reviewing hiring plans and timelines, cooperating with hiring managers on recruitment plans to produce an accurate forecast, Investigating and seeking remedies for issues which may adversely affect business unit performance, reporting all KPI & OPI targets.
Perfect candidate for this position should have prior experience in a business management or operations function within a global financial services organisation, knowledge of financial budgeting and strategic planning, experience working in a global team with multiple geographies, to success within a targets driven environment, experience in delivering organisation transformation, with focus on global recruitment and financial management, good communication skills, as it would be required with key stakeholders and colleagues across other organisations.
