Business Intelligence Analyst
Miejsce pracy: Kraków
The BI Analyst will support Business Intelligence activities related to the Cloud Services organization. These include: Tableau dashboard development, SQL development, Hive/Apache Spark development, and ETLs. The BI Analyst will be expected to combine their great technical expertise with knowledge of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Applying business rules to Apache Spark/Hive/Oracle to build data sources that can be used to answer business questions
- Preparing data sets in Hadoop and Oracle for consumption by Tableau for Visualization
- Building Tableau visualizations
- Meeting with stakeholders to gather business requirements
- Writing Sqoop jobs to transfer data between Hadoop and relational databases and vice versa
Requirements:
- Advanced Tableau Skills
- Advanced SQL skills (Oracle, mysql, Hive)
- Experience working with Hive via CLI
- Experience working with Apache Spark via CLI (pyspark or scala)
- Experience writing Sqoop jobs
- Advanced English
Knowledge of the C3_BL data structure will be advantageous.
